   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking experienced functional and technical PeopleSoft Enterprise   
   professionals to assist our client with their PeopleSoft implementation,   
   including PS Human Capital Management (HCM), Financials, and Student   
   Administration and Campus Portal modules, slated to commence in the New   
   Year.   
   Technical Developers will have experience with one or more of the following   
   applications: HRMS, Financials, and/or Student Administration. Individuals   
   will be responsible for providing technical skills (PeopleTools, Application   
   Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, Component Interfaces, etc.) to support the   
   implementation PeopleSoft HRMS, Financials and Student Administration   
   applications. Other responsibilities include developing specifications,   
   coding and testing modifications and developing interfaces, conversion   
   programs and reports.  Customizations will be kept to a minimal wherever   
   possible.   
   Functional Analysts with have experience with one or more of the following   
   applications: HRMS, Financials, Student Administration. Candidates will act   
   as a functional expert in the implementation and support of PeopleSoft HRMS,   
   Financials and/or Student Administration to guide the design, configuration,   
   setup and testing of the PeopleSoft application.  Individual(s) may also   
   lead fit/gap sessions, make recommendations on best practices, solve complex   
   business process issues, and interact with the technical team to define   
   system specifications.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have experience working on both full cycle   
   implementations and upgrades with diverse business processes in the HCM,   
   Financials, and/or Student Administration applications, ideally for public   
   sector and/or higher education clients.  Mentoring and knowledge sharing   
   among the project team is encouraged to foster a collaborative, results   
   oriented work environment.
