   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking an Enterprise Architect to join our client's team that   
   specializes in the developing solution architecture specifications for   
   implementation teams which may involve custom build, 3rd party solutions,   
   etc.  Candidate will balance the value and risk, ensure specifications are   
   aligned with corporate IT strategic plan, and address current & longer term   
   business and IT environment needs (i.e. non-functional requirements:   
   security, scalability, maintainability, performance, etc.).  Depending on   
   the scope and size of project assigned, candidate may be required to assume   
   the lead role on solution architecture, research industry best practices,   
   assess how new solutions can be integrated into current IT environment,   
   evaluate emerging technologies, and mentor junior team members.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have 5+ years of experience as an   
   Enterprise, Solutions or End to End Architect.  Excellent communication   
   skills (orally, written, and presentation) and ability to work   
   collaboratively with stakeholders and manage IT solution risks in   
   recommending a solution. Individuals must have experience working with large   
   IT departments, understand corporate policies, procedures and due process   
   and documentation, and have exposure to broad IT solutions and platforms:   
   enterprise resource planning solutions (ERP) like SAP or Oracle/PeopleSoft,   
   distributed Microsoft and Java solutions, data warehousing (DW/BI &   
   reporting), service oriented architecture principles & lifecycle (SOA), IT   
   security, enterprise application integration (EAI), etc.  This role is best   
   suited to an individual who is not specific technology or solution focused   
   (i.e. maintain neutrality & can explore beyond his/her own knowledge/comfort   
   zone) but is able to approach from a business and environment requirements   
   standpoint.
