   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a PeopleSoft Analyst to assist our client in defining and   
   documenting business requirements for PeopleSoft HR, Payroll, Benefits and   
   Recruitment, and designing system solutions to meet their business needs.   
   This work will involve creating detailed external design specification and   
   other documentation, conducting systems analysis to identify program   
   modifications and new program design, and providing support to the business,   
   development, and testing teams.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a   
   PeopleSoft Functional / Business Analyst. Candidate will be knowledgeable   
   about PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Benefits and Recruitment modules and   
   functionality, and be skilled in fit/gap analysis.  Individual will define   
   business requirements, translate them into detail design specifications, and   
   then provide project estimates.  Candidate may also be required to define   
   test strategy and develop test plans.  Excellent communication skills (oral,   
   written & presentation) and project team skills are required.
