   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a Senior Java Consultant with both the expertise and ability   
   to mentor/train developers on the use of Oracle JDeveloper. Candidate will   
   be entrusted with the task of bringing our team of .NET and Delphi   
   developers up to speed with JDeveloper, ADF and Java 5. You will guide these   
   developers on the use of JDeveloper to simplify application development by   
   using its visual and declarative approach to application development and its   
   advanced coding environment. In addition, you will help promote and ensure   
   Oracle best development practices for JDeveloper 10/11g, ADF toolset in a   
   browser based environment, provide required documentation for the   
   developers, and assist them in the modification of Oracle eBiz custom   
   solutions as well as other application development requirements.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have 6+ years of development experience   
   with JDeveloper, Oracle ADF framework, XML, and Java 5 and have taken on   
   mentoring/leadership roles successfully. Ability to transfer knowledge,   
   explain concepts and usage clearly and concisely to a technical team.   
   Experience with BPEL, Portal, SQL Developer, BI and other components is an   
   asset.
