   Mandatory Requirements:   
      
     a.. Minimum of over (10+) years as a Business Consultant   
     b.. Experience with performance measurement approaches and techniques   
     c.. Must demonstrate knowledge and professional work with Treasury Board   
   Performance Measurement frameworks   
     d.. Must demonstrate two (2) relevant assignments (similar to the   
   environment described in the statement of work). The projects must have a   
   minimum duration of three (3) months.   
     e.. Security Clearance: SECRET Level
