   Mandatory requirements:   
      
      
     a.. Must have at least 10 years of recent and demonstrated experience   
   providing technical assistance, guidance and direction in terms of data   
   analysis and modeling.   
     b.. Must have at least 5 years (within the last 7 years) of recent and   
   demonstrated experience providing both strategic and tactical responsibility   
   for developing and maintaining the Architecture and Data Models for a large   
   Siebel specific project.   
     c.. Must have recent and demonstrated experience on at least three (3)   
   projects as a Database / IM Modeller as described in the SOW.   
     d.. Must have four (4) years of recent and demonstrated experience working   
   as a Database / IM Modeller as described in the SOW.
