   Job Description:   
   •	The Lean Manufacturing Facilitator, a highly visible and fast track role,   
   will assess, develop, and implement   
   Lean   
   Manufacturing strategies to support achievement of deployment and strategic   
   business growth.   
      
   •	A consultative role to Senior Management on continuous improvement   
   activities and implementation plan   
      
   •	The individual will be responsible for benchmarking key business metrics   
   against world class companies, set   
   key   
   performance indicators goal and drive “best practices” in all areas of   
   manufacturing   
      
   •	An active leadership in Lean Manufacturing, will conduct associated training   
   and provide tactical coaching   
   on   
   Lean methodology & continuous improvement techniques, initially within   
   manufacturing organization and later expand   
   into   
   support functions across corporate   
      
   •	This dynamic professional will deliver train-the-trainer program, to   
   promote, lead and facilitates improvement   
   Kaizen   
      
   •	The individual is responsible for coordinating and tracking the monthly   
   deployment activities, through   
   Process   
   Managers & Line Operational Teams, drives employee participation and   
   initiatives to achieve & maintain   
   manufacturing   
   excellence   
      
   •	Drive specialized projects within the department (e.g. develop training   
   materials, etc.)   
      
      
   Mandatory Qualifications:   
   •	3 - 5 years of experience in process and systems improvement in a high   
   volume manufacturing environment   
   •	Extensive training in and successful utilization of Lean Manufacturing   
   methodologies (5S, visual   
   management,   
   VSM, SMED, TPM, one-piece flow, Kaizen events etc)   
   •	Possess Six Sigma Green Belt and capable to obtain Black Belt Certification   
   within 12 months   
   •	Applicant with Production Management experience preferred   
   •	A team player with solid people skills, and a leader with strong ability to   
   influence those around them   
   •	Must have a demonstrable track record of minimum 2 years of proven success   
   in lean manufacturing   
   implementation and use of kaizen and continuous improvement tools   
   •	Demonstrated ability to teach and coach individuals and groups in Lean   
   Manufacturing and Kaizen tools   
   •	Have hands-on shop floor experience in implementing the same, relish the   
   role as a Change Agent and   
   enjoy   
   making changes for improvement   
   •	The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, results-oriented leader   
   with strong communication and   
   people skills   
   •	A top performing Lean Manufacturing/World Class Manufacturing Leader   
   •	Experienced with change management principles and demonstrated ability to   
   drive and manage the change   
   process   
   •	Experience in applying lean principles to non-production processes (i.e.   
   Administrative/Office functions) is   
   required   
      
   Education Requirements:   
   •	University Degree in any engineering discipline; MBA or any advanced degree   
   an advantage
