   Job Description:   
   This candidate will be part of a dynamic team environment responsible for   
   analyzing and designing technical solutions   
   that   
   meet business requirements. Analysis will take into account a number of areas   
   including budget and time constraints.   
   This   
   role will be involved in all areas of the software development cycle including   
   development, testing, and   
   documentation.   
      
   •	ABAP Development   
   •	Design and develop custom enhancements, interfaces, reports and transactions   
   in accordance with   
   technical and   
   with the client / business analyst on a regular basis.   
   •	Research solutions with functional areas.   
   •	Ensure compliance and conduct appropriate code and test reviews.   
   •	Propose Technical Solutions/ Present Prototypes.   
   •	Develop Complex Reports, Function Modules, BAPIs, SAP Script/Smart Forms,   
   Interfaces, BDCs etc.   
   •	Support Existing Applications providing expert level support for IT Service   
   Desk.   
   •	Investigate/Troubleshoot/Resolve Production Issues.   
   •	Translate Functional specs to Technical solutions.   
   •	Debugging / Testing ABAP Code.   
   •	SAP Net Weaver / Portal   
   •	 Ensure the customizing of SAP HR Business packages (ESS / MSS) portal in   
   compliance with company   
   methodology.   
   •	Configuration of Knowledge Management and Collaboration.   
   •	 Creating Portal views/Pages/Worksets/Roles.   
   •	 Configuring ESS/MSS Iviews on the R/3 and Portal and development.   
   •	 SAP Portal Admin & Development, Co-coordinating with BASIS Team   
   implementing SSO/SSL.   
    Testing upgrades and patches   
   •	 Developing Business Server Pages (BSP) applications and integrating them   
   with Portal.   
   •	 Responsible to implement developments with industry standard technologies   
   like MVC concept.   
   •	 Investigate/Troubleshoot/Resolve Production Issues.   
   •	 Translate Functional specs to Technical solutions.   
   •	 Debugging / Testing.   
      
   Mandatory Qualifications:   
   •	6+ Years SAP Experience. Over 10 years of IT Industry Experience.   
   •	Knowledge of SAP HR - (ESS/MSS/ PT/PY/PA/PD)/FI-CO/SD/MM/PS Modules.   
   •	Good Knowledge of ABAP Objects.   
   •	Has analytical and problem solving skills, and is able to see a task through   
   to completion.   
   •	Has the ability to translate functional requirements into technical design   
   documents.   
   •	Good knowledge of SAP Portal, Hands on Portal System Admin, Portal Content   
   Admin, Portal User Admin   
   and   
   Portal Development.   
   •	Good Knowledge of MVC Concept in Portal Development.   
   •	Knowledge of Infoset Query.   
   •	Must know one Web Technology BSP/Web Dynpros.   
      
   Education Requirements:   
   •	MBA, B.Sc Computer, Engineering or related discipline.   
      
   Special Conditions:   
      
   •	General office environment with regular business hours from 8:30am – 5:00pm.   
   •	Work outside of these hours may be necessary due to projects schedules and   
   deadlines.
