   Length of Assignment: Contract, 4 months   
      
   Job Description:   
   •	Design, develop, unit test, and implement application solutions   
   •	Respond to requirements from the Quality Assurance group during development   
   of test plans and testing   
   activities   
   •	Create application design documentation;   
   •	Provide post implementation support   
   •	Developing ASP.NET, VB.NET, and/or C#.NET applications with Microsoft Visual   
   Studio .NET   
   •	Developing data driven web applications   
   •	Designing and developing enterprise class relational databases.   
   •	Developing Transact-SQL queries and stored procedures in a Microsoft SQL   
   Server environment.   
   •	Developing web applications/web sites which are compliant with the GoC   
   (Government of Canada)   
   Common Look and Feel (CLF) Standards   
   •	Working on development team in a dynamic environment   
   •	Responding to requests in support of departmental applications   
      
   Mandatory Qualifications:   
   •	Experience with ASP.NET application development utilizing VB.NET or C#.NET   
   with Microsoft Visual   
   Studio .NET   
   •	Experience in developing data driven web applications   
   •	Experience in the development of Transact-SQL queries and stored procedures   
   in a Microsoft SQL Server   
   environment   
   •	Secret clearance   
      
   Desirable Qualifications:   
   •	Experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Visual Source Safe   
   (VSS)   
   •	Experience in the design and development of enterprise class relational   
   databases.   
   •	Experience in developing web applications/web sites which are compliant with   
   the GoC (Government of   
   Canada) Common Look and Feel (CLF) Standards.   
   •	Ability to work in a team environment   
   •	Ability to work to deadline
