   Requirements:   
      
   Minimum of three (3) projects that demonstrate experience with Information   
   Management Best Practices and their impact on a Government of Canada (GoC)   
   institution.   
      
   1.experience in:   
   i.Reviewing the available documentation on existing Government of Canada   
   Information Management practices dictated by Treasury Board; (3 points)   
   ii.Documenting the impact of these practices on an GoC institution; (3   
   points) and   
   iii.Interviewing selected individuals inside and/or outside the organization   
   in regards to the implementation of best practices and communicating the   
   results of these interviews in a summary format. (4 points)   
      
   2.experience in:   
   i.Developing Information Models demonstrating Information types and their   
   relationships;   
   ii.Charting Lines of Business illustrating Information Types, Information   
   Flow and Roles   
   ii.The Bidder should demonstrate, using project descriptions, that the   
   proposed resource has experience developing and writing documents and/or   
   reports:   
      
   3.experience in developing and writing documents and/or reports:   
   i.For delivery and acceptance by Senior Management (DG and above), and   
   ii.Documents have recommendations for the organization   
      
   4.experience in developing:   
   i.Information Management policy, and   
   ii.IM definitions for use within a GoC entity.
