   1.        Minimum of 10 years of technical experience with PeopleSoft HRMS.   
      
   2.        Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in support and/or   
   development of PeopleSoft Government of Canada (GC) HRMS.   
      
   3.        Minimum of 1 year of technical experience with PeopleSoft GC HRMS   
   version 8.9.   
      
   4.        Must have experience as part of a technical team for at least one   
   major PeopleSoft GC HRMS application version upgrade.
