   a government client.  The successful candidate will be responsible for   
   oversight of the commercial/retail letting portfolio.   
      
   Preferably, we are looking for someone with experience researching and   
   analyzing economic, real estate and government trends; participated in the   
   development of Real Estate Service Management strategic and business plans;   
   and negotiated service level agreements.
