   Mandatory requirements:   
      
     a.. must have a minimum of two (2) years experience as an   
   Oracle/PeopleSoft Application Developer in PeopleTools version 8.4 or higher   
   in a Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005 environment.   
     b.. must have a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated experience   
   designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle/PeopleSoft Canadian Payroll   
   and/or GoC Pay Interface System   
     c.. should have a degree or a diploma from a recognized College or   
   University with a specialization in Computer Science or a related field of   
   study   
     d.. should have a Certification as a PeopleTools Developer   
     e.. should demonstrate that the proposed resource has experience in each   
   of the following for new applications and/or enhancements to existing   
   Oracle/PeopleSoft applications:   
        - analyzing functional user requirements,   
      
               - designing and testing, and   
      
         -  preparing design documentation.   
      
     a.. experience with technical support in a team lead capacity of the   
   PeopleSoft DFAIT HRMS Foreign Service Allowances and/or International   
   Assignments Modules.   
     b.. experience in developing and maintaining PeopleTools and PeopleCode   
   applications in PeopleSoft DFAIT HCM development and/or operational (live)   
   environment.   
     c.. experience in developing and maintaining PeopleTools and PeopleCode   
   applications in Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM development and/or operational (live)   
   environment, PeopleTools version 8.4x.   
   ·         experience with technical support of the Oracle/PeopleSoft   
   Workforce Administration Module including the Person Model architecture   
   version 8.9 or higher.   
      
   ·         experience in developing and maintaining SQR batch processes.   
      
   ·         experience with developing and maintaining MS SQL Server scripts   
   on an MS SQL Server  2000/2005 platform.   
      
   ·         experience as an ERP Technical Analyst during a major version   
   upgrade of a PeopleSoft HCM or a GC PeopleSoft HCM to version 8 or greater.   
      
   ·         experience with data conversion.   
      
   ·         experience as a technical lead/manager.   
      
   ·         experience with creating, maintaining and reviewing technical   
   documentation.
