   Microtime Inc requires a senior consultant for a new government contract.   
      
   The consultant will be responsible for researching, developing and   
   implementing an information management structure and taxonomy for the   
   electronic records of the Agency's Communications Directorate. The candidate   
   will also be responsible for developing a sustainable implementation plan   
   and providing end-user training.   
      
   Knowledge and skills:   
   Education:  Master's in Library and Information Science from an ALA   
   accredited university.   
      
   Experience with/in:   
   Analyzing and indexing electronic documents Developing function- and   
   subject-based taxonomies Work-flow analysis End-user training Lotus Notes   
      
   Contract Period: Jan 15 - March 31, 2009.   
   Level of Effort :   Senior   
   Language:  Bilingual
