      XPost: can.jobs.ont.jobs, ott.jobs       From: jonathan.mcleod@microtime-it.com              Microtime Inc. requires a web multi-media content consultant for a new       contract with a government client.              The candidate will be asked to support the Development teams working on       various corporate projects from Comptrollership, HR, Training and Learning       and CARM.              The project requires that the candidate has a strong background in the field       of Human-Computer interaction, Usability Testing and User Research. The       candidate should have experience in the field of Human-Computer Interaction       with a specialization in Usabiltiy Research.              The work of Project Architecture falls under the governance of the Project       Management Offices' official methodology. All deliverables are defined       within this framework. The Project Architecture groups are receivers of       ongoing project work from the Business Areas and contribute the appropriate       deliverables in a timely manner.              This position requires Enhanced Reliability security clearance.       Bilingualism is not required. Some travelling may be required.              TASKS AND KNOWLEDGE              Responsibilities include:       . Create web pages including multi-media design.       . Develop and implement usability tests, analyze results and modify design       accordingly.       . Develop flowcharts depicting navigation and basic content.       . Develop line drawings or block diagrams illustrating the priority of       information, links and space requirements.       . Develop content diagrams showing the interactive connection between pages.       . Develop interactive prototypes showing basic form and functionality used       for both usability testing and presentations.       . Design and conduct user needs analysis.       . Research analysis in problem definition.               The technical environment at CBSA is comprised of several technologies:       . JAVA on UNIX and/or Windows       . IBM O/S Mainframe       . MQ       . WebSphere              DELIVERABLES              The Web Content Architect within the Project Architecture group is       responsible for the following deliverables within the PMO methodological       framework:       . Usability Engagement Plan       . Usability Value and Risk Assessment       . Business User Model       . Critical Success Factors       .
