   Job requirements:   
      
     a.. diploma from a recognized establishment in Graphic Design, web design   
   and/or application development or any other related field.   
     b.. minimum of 5 years experience within the past 10 years as a web   
   manager   
     c.. minimum of 4 years experience within the past 8 years in providing   
   technical advise and content management to senior management (director and   
   above) and providing advice and direction in government policies and   
   directives related to the Internet.   
     d.. minimum of 4 years experience within the past 8 years in maintenance   
   and development of Internet and  Intranet web sites and pages.   
     e.. minimum of 3 years experience within the past 6 years in implementing   
   Government Internet sites using Treasury Board Secretary "Common Look and   
   Field" standards.   
     f.. minimum of 2 years experience in working with production manager,   
   customer and other support personnel to produce a variety of communication   
   material for the web, including video, e-bulletin, stories, pictures,   
   posters and other specialty products.   
     g.. familiar with Interwoven Teamsite suite of web content management   
   products   
     h.. ability to manage many projects and priorities with quick turnaround   
   deadlines
