   Microtime Inc requires the services of three experienced Business Analysts   
   for a new contract with a government client.  The candidates need to have   
   atleast 5 years experience and Enhanced Reliability security clearance.   
   Bilingualism is not required.   
      
   The Business Analysts will:   
   .participate in the analysis and documentation of 55 existing Legacy Unit   
   Tasks that describe ICEMS functionality, by observing the execution of the   
   existing ICEMS application, reviewing the legacy functional documents and by   
   seeking confirmation for all observations in the legacy Visual Basic 6.0,   
   ASP and MS-SQL code.   
   .create functional level Use Case and UML diagrams as required for each of   
   the 55 ICEMS functions.   
   .will, when requested, contribute advice on the technical approach to best   
   proceed with preparing for the construction of these functions   
   .contribute, when requested, to the estimating of the work required to   
   construct these 55 functions.
