   We require an ERP Functional Analyst to develop a business blueprint for the   
   Funds Management, Budget Control System (BCS) area which is detailed   
   documentation of the business process requirements of a GoC Department   
   member and relate those requirements to the SAP software system.   
      
   MUST HAVE:   
   Minimum of five (5) years experience working as an ERP Functional Analyst.   
   Minimum of one (1) year experience in configuring and implementing the   
   SAP-BCS Funds Management module.   
      
   SHOULD HAVE:   
   Minimum one (1) year experience working with SAP Public Sector industry   
   solution.   
   SAP R/3 Academy Certification in Funds Management.   
   Post secondary degree in finance, accounting or business or college diploma   
   in finance, accounting or business or an accounting designation.   
   Minimum six (6) months experience working with SAP ECC6 ERP.   
   Experience in configuring SAP - FM functionality in excess of the one (1)   
   year mandatory requirement.   
   Minimum one (1) year experience working with the GoC SAP footprint.   
   Minimum one (1) year experience working with SAP-FM-BCS solutions including:   
   . BCS Derivation Strategies   
   . BCS Transfer Pricing   
   . FM report writer/painter   
   . Revenue Increasing the Budgets (RIB)   
   . FM Derivation Strategies   
   . Government of Canada Revenue Re-spending and Revenue Recovery programs   
   . Salary Forecasting Tool   
   . Reporting   
   . Travel Management Solution   
   Experience working with SAP FM-EA/PS and/or SAP FM-BCS with integration to   
   FI (GL, SPL, or AP), CO, PS, SD, MM or PM.   
   Experience in the life cycle of a project, including analysis, design,   
   configuration, unit testing, integration testing, acceptance testing, data   
   conversion, preparing technical documentation and training documentation.   
   Experience delivering presentations, training sessions, or facilitating   
   working groups.   
   Experience performing the following activities for an SAP project:   
   ? Developing the SAP Enterprise structure for the Funds Management area.   
   ? Conducting sessions to identify "as-is and to-be" requirements.   
   ? Analyzing the fit-gap between the GoC footprint (IFMS) and departmental   
   requirements and provide recommendations on gap resolutions.   
   ? Reviewing legacy systems and volumetrics.   
   ? Identifying and reviewing requirements for master data, conversions and   
   interface and reporting requirements.   
   ? Developing a blueprint for the Funds Management area for an SAP   
   implementation.   
   ? Preparing status reports.
