   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with 7+ years of relevant   
   experience to assume a lead analyst role for a number of corporate   
   development and support projects. Candidate will determine the root cause of   
   problems, develop and present viable solutions and liaise with internal   
   customers as well as support and project teams, and ensure successful   
   resolution of issues and implementation of changes.  Individual will also   
   coordinate and monitor the work activities of small teams (i.e. 3 to 5   
   people), meet and liaise with internal customers and project teams on a   
   regular basis to communicate status of changes and cross-project impacts.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   Candidate will have 5+ years of Java and SQL experience, and experience with   
   Curam framework for building large scale, complex, and interdependent   
   systems.  Experience with ASP, HTML, JavaScript, ASP.NET, Visual Basic,   
   VB.NET, and n-tier application architect will enable familiarity with   
   underlying network infrastructures and communication protocols.  Relevant   
   insurance systems experience would be an asset.  To be effective in this   
   capacity, candidate must possess excellent communication, problem solving   
   and analytical skills to synthesize complex information and understand   
   highly complex data structures across multiple systems and develop a   
   consolidated, holistic understanding of how the data and functionality of   
   the systems interact.
