   Description:   
         To provide technical support to develop strategies, proposals, plans,   
   objectives, enabling technologies, processes, frameworks, directives,   
   guidleines, standards, documentation and recommendations.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least   
   the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience as a   
   programmer/software developer, creating and modifying software code,   
   developing functional and design documentation.   
           b.. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Visual Basic   
   Development specifically Visual Basic 6.0.   
           c.. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in ASP 2.0   
   Development.   
           d.. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle databases   
   and PL/SQL.   
           e.. Experience in System Development Life Cycles (SDLC).   
           f.. Experience creating ActiveX Controls in Visual Basic 6.   
           g.. Experience creating COM+ Objects in Visual Basic 6.   
           h.. Experience in Enterprise level application software development.   
           i.. Experience with both Client/Server and Web based Applications.   
   Both, 2 and multi-tier client server environments must be taken into   
   account.
