   Description:   
         To provide technical support to develop strategies, proposals, plans,   
   objectives, enabling technologies, processes, frameworks, directives,   
   guidleines, standards, documentation and recommendations.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least   
   the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience evaluating Information   
   and Communication Technology (ICT) system architectures and developing   
   architectures which are consistent and integrated with enterprise   
   business/ICT strategies.   
           b.. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience building enterprise   
   architectures based on Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) and Object Oriented   
   Design (OOD) concepts.   
           c.. Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect using Java   
   technologies.   
           d.. Completion of Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or   
   diploma in Computer Programming/Analysis or Professional Certification.   
           e.. Minimum 4 projects working as an Enterprise Java Developer   
           f.. Minimum 4 projects on which the candidate was responsible for   
   developing system architectures in an ICT environment.   
           g.. Experience in developing and delivering at least 1000 hours of   
   formal classroom training in Java architecture and programming.   
           h.. Experience with both Client/Server and Web based Applications.   
   Both 2 and multi-tier client server environments must be taken into account.   
           i.. Experience in Swing, Spring, Struts and Hibernate.
