   Description:   
         To provide technical support to develop strategies, proposals, plans,   
   objectives, enabling technologies, processes, frameworks, directives,   
   guidleines, standards, documentation and recommendations.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least   
   the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. MUST HAVE a minimum of 10 years experience as a software   
   programmer/analyst, creating and modifying software code, developing   
   functional and design specifications for computer systems   
           b.. MUST HAVE A minimum of 7 years in Object-Oriented Programming   
   (OOP)   
           c.. MUST HAVE a minimum of 7 years experience working with a full   
   System Development Life Cycles (SDLC), including interfacing with clients to   
   establish requirements, development, alpha/beta testing and quality   
   assurance   
           d.. Completion of Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or   
   diploma in Computer Programming/Analysis or Professional Certification   
           e.. MINIMUM of 3 years hands-on experience using the following   
   programming technologies/languages: JavaScript, PHP, CSS, ASP .Net, VB .Net,   
   C/C++/C#, HTML, MFC, OCI, Pro*C   
           f.. MINIMUM of 3 years hands-on experience using the following   
   database technologies: Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, MS Access   
           g.. Experience in Enterprise level application software development   
           h.. Experience with both Client/Server and Web based Applications.   
   Both, 2 and multi-tier client server environments must be taken into account
