   Sr. Business Analysts - Contract - 4 months duration - Location - Ottawa   
      
      
      
   Requirements:   
      
      
      
   GoC Secret security clearance   
      
      
      
   1. University Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer   
   Engineering, or any other field, with a minimum of five years experience   
   within the last ten years, working as a Business Analyst in IT   
   infrastructure projects Information Technology (IT).  OR   
      
      
      
   College Diploma (two or three year program) in Business Administration,   
   Computer Engineering Technology, Computer Technology or Computer Science or   
   any other field, with a minimum of seven years experience within the last   
   ten years, working as a system architect involving IT infrastructure in   
   large Information PeopleSoft Military HR and Pay systems.   
      
      
      
   2. Senior level experience delivering Information Technology (IT)   
   infrastructure solutions. Experience acquired must include the following:   
   requirement definition, proof of concept, pilot implementation, full   
   roll-out, troubleshooting, documentation, training, upgrades, performance   
   tuning, deployment and transition to operations.   
      
      
      
   3. 10 years experience in Business Modelling.   
      
      
      
   4. 10 years experience in PeopleSoft HR environments.   
      
      
      
   5.  5 years experience in business analysis.   
      
      
      
   6. Senior level experience in the use of business modelling tools such as   
   Informatica, Oracle Designer, ErWin or Enterprise Architect, or PeopleSoft   
      
      
      
   7. Senior level experience in leading teams and performing data analysis,   
   cleansing, conversion and migration activities.   
      
      
      
   8.  Senior level experience in developing options analyses, costing   
   solutions, work plans for data analysis, cleansing, conversion and migration   
   projects.   
      
      
      
   9.  Experience in working with large cross-functional teams with large   
   product and solution deliverables.   
      
   Note: A large Information Technology (IT) environment is defined as an   
   environment that has 100 or more architects/programmers/analysts or projects   
   valued at $5M or more.   
      
      
      
   10. Must be fluent in the English language (spoken and written).
