   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking two PeopleSoft HCM Developers to assist our client with their   
   PS HCM upgrade to 9.0.  Our client's Human Capital Management Modules   
   include North American Payroll, Human Resources, and Time and Labour.   
   Candidates will produce detailed technical designs to meet user requirements   
   and I.T. development standards and develop/implement the appropriate   
   solutions. Our goal is to retain only the customizations (application and   
   batch) that are necessary to support the current processing (functionality   
   that is not available in HCM R9.0) and eliminate earlier customizations   
   (application and batch) that are now available in 9.0.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidates must have 4+ years of PeopleSoft technical   
   experience (i.e. hands-on experience implementing / developing /   
   troubleshooting the Human Capital Applications). Demonstrated technical   
   knowledge of PeopleSoft, including proficiency developing with PeopleTools   
   8.44 or 8.48.  Knowledge of PeopleSoft data model, PeopleTools Metadata   
   structures and the interface to PeopleSoft application structure (tables   
   related to each module).  Demonstrated proficiency required in: PeopleTools   
   8.44 or 8.48, Application Designer, PeopleCode, and SQR.  Desirable:   
   Workflow, Component Interface, Datamover, Application Engine, and/or Cobol.
