   ·         Participate in the development and refinement of Business   
   Requirements;   
      
   ·         Perform the work required and provide the deliverables in   
   accordance with the section 10.  This will include development of this tool   
   and completion of the necessary documents to design, build and implement   
   this application;   
      
   ·         Provide engineering support as required and associated   
   documentation as identified in section 11 of this document;   
      
   ·         Understand most common project management techniques and   
   associated tasks, such as scope management, requirement analysis, change   
   management, risk management, time management, and cost management;   
      
   ·         The Contractor must have the ability to coordinate the related   
   activities to the design and implementation of the MSCCM application;   
      
   ·         Provide technical and engineering support in a number of areas   
   related to perform investigation and design of this application;   
      
   ·         Participate in meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary team   
   of specialists the implementation of this application;   
      
   ·         Assist in various tasks related to the implementation of this   
   application as well as the evaluation of its impacts to existing corporate   
   network systems;   
      
   ·         Document the results of this implementation based on input from   
   other team members;   
      
   ·         Collaborate with other specialists to develop test plans to   
   evaluate various aspects of this tool's implementation and make sure the   
   application works as expected;   
      
   ·         Produce various business and technical documents, such as   
   presentations, work plans, guides,  reports, procedures, among others   
   required papers;   
      
   ·         Keep project record (paper or electronic documentation) available   
   to other project team members;   
      
   ·         Define work plan to perform knowledge transfer to internal staff.   
      
         Must have experience with of project management techniques and/or   
   methods   
      
         5+ Years experience installing and configuring MSCCM and related   
   products in a  Federal Government enterprise environment.   
      
          5+ Years experience with enterprise desktop deployment of security   
   patches and  updates and support strategies in a Microsoft Windows XP   
   environment.   
      
         5+ Years experience implementing Microsoft administration   
   technologies, including active directory, WSUS and MSCCM or SMS.   
      
          5+ Years experience providing end user and technical post migration   
   support   
      
          5+ Years experience writing technical and user documentation
