   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a PeopleSoft HCM developer with experience implementing the   
   Employee Self Service (i.e. allow employees access, view & update personal   
   information, view payroll and compensation information and their leave   
   balances) and Manager Self Services (i.e. allow managers with direct reports   
   to view information on their employees).  In addition, we aim to implement   
   eBenefits so employees can access benefit plans and programs to process   
   their annual open enrollment and changes to personal and dependent data when   
   benefit-related life events occur.  Effective implementation of the   
   PeopleSoft's online Self Service modules will increase efficiency and   
   streamline our client's overall administration activities. Our client   
   currently uses PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, and Time & Labour.
