   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking two PeopleSoft consultants with expertise in Time & Labour   
   (T&L) to work on our client's HCM 9.0 upgrade.  We will consider one   
   developer (T&L rules using SQL objects, rule templates, application engine,   
   etc.) and one functional resource (analysis, fit-gap, "rules" creation") or   
   two techno-functional resources.  Our client currently has Human Resources,   
   Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, and Health & Safety in production. As   
   part of the upgrade team, candidates will remove any customizations now   
   available in 9.0, and re-design and develop any customizations, queries and   
   batch processes required to support the operational activities for Human   
   Resources, Payroll and Time and Labor. Experience working with and   
   addressing the needs of large institutional clients with a union environment   
   is preferred.
