   Mandatory requirements:   
      
   Must demonstrate that they have acquired, over the past ten (10) years, at   
   least five (5) consecutive years of experience in the delivery of   
   informatics systems.   
      
   Must demonstrate that they have five (5) years of experience in the delivery   
   of informatics systems in the following field: .Net architecture where the   
   client was 3 governmental for a maximum of five (5) informatics projects.   
      
   Must demonstrate that the proposed programmer analyst has at least five (5)   
   consecutive years of experience in the delivery of informatics systems.   
      
   Must demonstrate that the proposed programmer analyst has at least five (5)   
   years of relevant experience with .NET architecture in which the client was   
   governmental.   
      
   Experience working with .Net architecture projects, and C language (Oracle   
   Proc) for Unix, above the minimum level of five (5) years.   
      
   Experience in the conversion of similar systems from a Proprietary   
   architecture to a .Net architecture.
