         To provide the professional services of a Business Analyst with   
   specific experience and skill sets in PeopleSoft to act as a Business   
   Analyst specialist to conduct a fit gap analysis for the reporting   
   requirements for the implementation of PeopleSoft GC HRMS VAC 8.9 Version.   
      
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. Must have at least 1 years experience as a Business Analyst.   
           b.. Must have at least 6 months of experience with PeopleSoft   
   Government of Canada HRMS V8.9.   
           c.. Must have at least 1 year of experience with the development of   
   report specifications.   
           d.. Must have at least 3 months of experience in leading focus   
   groups/working groups dealing with the HR Community.   
           e.. Should have experience as a Business Analyst .   
           f.. Should have experience with PeopleSoft HRMS v 8.   
           g.. Should have experience with PeopleSoft Government of Canada HRMS   
   V8.9.   
           h.. Should have experience with Government of Canada HR business   
   functions and operations.   
           i.. Should have experience with application development including   
   report analysis, design, development, testing.   
           j.. Should have experience with writing functional report   
   specifications.   
           k.. Should have experience with leading focus groups and or working   
   groups dealing with the HR Community.
