   Description:   
         To provide the professional services of a Business Analyst with   
   specific experience and skill sets in PeopleSoft to act as a Business   
   Analyst specialist to develop End User Training documentation and finalize   
   the work flow diagrams for the business processes that will be used for the   
   implementation of PeopleSoft GC HRMS.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. Must have at least 1 years experience as a Business Analyst.   
           b.. Must have at least 6 months of experience with PeopleSoft   
   Government of Canada HRMS V8.9.   
           c.. Must have at least 1 year of experience with the development of   
   training documentation.   
           d.. Must have at least 6 months of experience in delivering End User   
   Training with PeopleSoft GC HRMS.   
           e.. Should have experience as a Business Analyst.   
           f.. Should have experience with PeopleSoft HRMS v 8.   
           g.. Should have experience with PeopleSoft Government of Canada HRMS   
   V8.9.   
           h.. Should have experience with Government of Canada HR business   
   processes.   
           i.. Should have experience in developing End User Training   
   documentation.   
           j.. Should have experience with delivering End User Training to HR   
   Community.   
           k.. Should have experience in presenting to and dealing with clients   
   and project teams.
