      From: info@itnet.ca              Description:               Reporting to the End-User Support Manager, the Senior UPK       developer/Courseware Developer is responsible to provide content development       services and mentoring to the project management team in support to the       project deliverables. The Senior UPK Developer must provide UPK       implementation expertise based on industry best practices. The Senior UPK       developer works closely with the Subject Matter Experts as well as the       PeopleSoft Team to ensure all of the required e-learning content has been       incorporated for a successful implementation. The Senior UPK developer will       work with the project management team to ensure the use of the UPK       application following the process that has been established.                     Security Clearance:        Must hold a valid Government of Canada security clearance to at least       the Secret level.                     Requirements:        a.. Must demonstrate, using project descriptions (including roles       and activities performed by the resource), a minimum of one (1) year's       experience as a UPK Developer version 2.7 or above.        b.. Should have experience of at least four (4) months in the last       three years in developing and recording UPK content for large scale ERP       implementations or upgrades.        c.. Should have experience in designing and developing training       material and instructor documentation.        d.. Should have experience of at least 4 months in the three years       in publishing documentation using the Oracle User Productivity Kit       application.        e.. Should have experience with assisting in the i. Planning, ii.       Training, iii. Monitoring, and iv. Delivery of the training sessions.        f.. Should have experience of at least 4 months in the last three       years interacting with Subject Matter Experts establishing content standards       and conducting quality assurance validation (QA).        g.. Should have experience of at least 4 months in the last three       years interacting with Subject Matter Experts to create content as well as       making updates and revisions.        h.. Should have experience in developing training modules for       Compensation (Administer Workforce).        i.. Should have experience in developing training modules for       Classification (Position Management).        j..
