   Job requirements:   
      
   ·         Must demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years experience in   
   performing requirements analysis within the last five (5) years.   
      
   ·        Must demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years experience in the   
   preparation of detailed statements of requirements and statements of work   
   for information management / information technology systems within the last   
   five (5) years.   
      
   ·        Must demonstrate a minimum three (3) years experience in using   
   Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)   
   within the last five (5) years   
      
     a.. must have written, prepared, or developed a minimum of three (3) SOR   
   or SOW documents that were released to industry as part of the procurement   
   process (i.e. Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP),   
   Statement of Intent and Qualification (SOIQ), Request for Supply Arrangement   
   (RFSA), Request for Standing Offer (RFSO)) for an information   
   management/information projects within the last seven (7) years. The SOR or   
   SOW documents must have been for a contract valued at $40M or higher
