   Job requirements:   
      
     a.. Minimum of Ten (10) years experience working as a Business Architect   
   in a Government or large corporate environment.   
     b.. Minimum experience of 3 projects as a Business Architect, working on   
   each for a minimum duration of four (4) months. One of the projects must   
   have been completed in the last 36 months.   
     c.. Experience modeling with Government of Canada Strategic Reference   
   Model (GSRM) and the Business Transformation Enablement Program (BTEP)   
     d.. Experience of The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF).   
     e.. Experience in preparing briefing materials and presentations for   
   senior management.   
     f.. Experience in the context of transitioning to commercial off-the-shelf   
   (COTS) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions from custom built   
   systems.   
     g.. Experience in the context of transitioning from in-house service   
   delivery to a shared service organization.   
     h.. Experience in developing current and future state enterprise wide   
   business models for organizations or government departments.   
     i.. Experience in managing large enterprise business models in government   
   or private enterprises with many large and varied lines of business.   
     j.. Experience in managing continuous changes in the enterprise systems   
   and business reengineering.   
     k.. Experience facilitating communication between various stakeholders   
   from business and technical backgrounds through presentations, meetings and   
   discussions.   
     l.. Experience in business process modeling to document current processes   
   and optimize them in order to automate the workflow.
