         To provide services with experienced and knowledgable SAP and ESRI   
   resources.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 8 years relevant integration experience   
           b.. SHOULD have a minimum of 3 years experience implementing the   
   Oracle SOA Suite   
           c.. SHOULD have an SOA certification   
           d.. SHOULD have experience integrating projects of similar size and   
   scope to client's project   
           e.. SHOULD have experience installing, monitoring, performance   
   tuning, developing and configuring Oracle SOA Suite and architecture   
   components such as ESB, Security, UDDI Registry   
           f.. SHOULD have experience implementing Oracle Service Bus, to   
   communicate with 3rd party products such as ESRI and/or SAP applications   
           g.. SHOULD have experience with complex middleware technologies,   
   interfaces, integration methodologies, messaging, and workflows   
           h.. SHOULD have experience in web services, JBOSS, WebLogic, J2EE,   
   JAVA, XML, HTTP, SOAP   
           i.. SHOULD have experience defining interfaces and monitoring error   
   handling procedures
