   Description:   
         To provide services with experienced and knowledgable SAP and ESRI   
   resources.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 8 years of project management   
   experience   
           b.. SHOULD have minimum 5 years expereince managing integration   
   projects   
           c.. SHOULD have experience managing projects using the project   
   management methodology proposed by the Proponent for use on this project   
           d.. SHOULD have a recognized project management certification   
           e.. SHOULD have experience managing project of similar size and scop   
   to the client's project   
           f.. SHOULD have experience with Public Works and/or Utilities   
           g.. SHOULD have experience with the lastest versions of SAP   
   technologies   
           h.. SHOULD have experience establishing project standards and   
   practices for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of   
   business applications   
           i.. SHOULD have experience implementing multiple sap modules across   
   a single organization, and across multiple lines of business   
           j.. SHOULD have experience implementing new/additional SAP   
   functionality to an existing SAP production environment   
           k.. SHOULD have experience managing implementation projects with   
   budget in the range of $5M - $10M   
           l.. SHOULD have leadership skills: people skills, and communication   
   skills (verbal and written) including presentation skills   
           m.. SHOULD have experience reporting project progress to project   
   steering committees on a regular reporting basis
