   Description:   
         To provide services with experienced and knowledgabe SAP and ESRI   
   resources.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 6 years performing a relevant plant   
   maintenance function e.g. in public works or utilities managing linear   
   assets such as water distribution networks (i.e. not plants)   
           b.. SHOULD have an SAP PM certification   
           c.. SHOULD have experience as a PM Consultant on a project of   
   simialr size and scope to the client's project   
           d.. SHOULD have experience conducting workshops with various   
   stakeholders, gather detailed requirements and develop the blueprint for EAM   
           e.. SHOULD have experience using SAP workflow tools   
           f.. SHOULD have experience implementing the SAP Business package for   
   Maintenance Technician, and SAP portal roles   
           g.. SHOULD have experience developing master data requirements,   
   synchronizing assets to support management of linear assets   
           h.. SHOULD have functional knowledge of SAP modules: Project Systems   
   (PS), Materials Management (MM), and Financials (FI/CO)   
           i.. SHOULD have knowledge of SAP Utilities (IS-U) module   
           j.. SHOULD have experience analyzing and mapping "AS IS" business   
   processes to the "TO BE" business processes, identifying and addressing any   
   gaps, and ability to translater SAP lingo into company lingo   
           k.. SHOULD have experience integrating PM with 3rd party   
   applications, ideally with GIS (ESRI)   
           l.. SHOULD have experience managing projects to address the needs of   
   multiple stakeholders e.g. the requirements of multiple divisions across a   
   single enterprise   
           m.. SHOULD have project leadership skills. Ability to lead, organize   
   and coordinate team efforts   
           n.. SHOULD have experience using the project management methodology   
   proposed by the Proponent for use on this project   
           o.. SHOULD have people skills, communication skills (verbal and   
   written) including presentation skills
