   Description:   
      
         To provide services with experienced and knowledgable SAP and ESRI   
   resources.   
      
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 8 years as a system architect.   
   Experience should include a minimum of 3 years system integration in a   
   Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)   
           b.. SHOULD have experience as a system architect, with SAP and other   
   middleware technologies   
           c.. SHOULD have SAP NetWeaver and SOA certifications   
           d.. SHOULD have experience as a technical architect on a project of   
   similar size and scope to the client's project   
           e.. SHOULD have experience designing and implementing complex   
   application architectures   
           f.. SHOULD have experience designing/implementing composite   
   applications that bring together functionality from multiple services   
           g.. SHOULD have experience developing and implementing an enterprise   
   integration framework that can be extended to other business functions in   
   the organization   
           h.. SHOULD have experience implementing multiple SAP modules: SAP   
   ERP, Enterprise Portal, Business Intelligence, NetWeaver, SOA, Web Services,   
   Web Dynpro, and 3rd party technologies   
           i.. SHOULD have experience implementing Security for the Enterprise   
   including SOA security, portal security, authentication and single sign-on   
           j.. SHOULD have expert leadership and specialist skills in the   
   overall enterprise-wide integration of SAP ERP with non-SAP applications.   
   Ability to organize and lead technical team, communicate and coordinate team   
   efforts   
           k.. SHOULD have integration experience designing solutions to   
   maintain/synchronize real time data (e.g. assets) between SAP and 3rd party   
   (e.g. GIS)   
           l.. SHOULD have experience using the project management methodology   
   proposed by the Proponent for use on this project   
           m.. SHOULD have experience co-coordinating application architectures   
   with technology, communication, information, security and other key   
   architectural elements
