         To provide services with experienced and knowledgable SAP and ESRI   
   resources   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have 3 years experience as a usability consultant, web   
   application design methodologies, task flow analysis, and navigation   
   framework   
           b.. SHOULD have related certification or equivalence   
           c.. SHOULD have experience conducting usability studies /   
   assessments on system development / implementation projects   
           d.. SHOULD have experience providing general advice on usability   
   best practices for web applications, and suggesting how an application could   
   be improved based on usability test results   
           e.. SHOULD have experience using a proven approach to profiling   
   target users (i.e. office staff, field staff of various academic levels)   
           f.. SHOULD have experience revising user interface designs to   
   address problems identified during testing   
           g.. SHOULD have experience analyzing user tasks; identify user   
   interaction issues and recommendations for improvements   
           h.. SHOULD have experience with adult training concepts
