         To provide services with experienced and knowledgable SAP and ESRI   
   resources.   
      
   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 5 years experience performing the role   
   and responsibilities of an Organization Change Management Consultant   
   addressing the components of organization change management as defined by   
   the client (i.e. organizational readiness, communications and training)   
           b.. SHOULD Change Management certification or equivalence   
           c.. SHOULD have experience addressing organizational readiness,   
   training, and dealing with SAP implementation projects   
           d.. SHOULD have experience using the project management methodology   
   proposed by the Proponent for use on this project   
           e.. SHOULD have experience developing and delivering training in an   
   operational environment, which includes field workers, office staff   
           f.. SHOULD have leadership skills; people skills; and communication   
   skills (verbal and written) including presentation skills
