SHOULD have a minimum of 8 years experience leading GIS projects       of which a minimum of 5 years should be ESRI products        b.. SHOULD have ESRI certification or equivalence        c.. SHOULD have experience in a public works environment,       prefereably in a municipal environment, with a focus on the management of       linear assets        d.. SHOULD have experience as the project lead responsible for a       team delivering a sub-project within a larger project and reporting to the       Project Manager        e.. SHOULD have experience as a project lead on a project of a       similar size and scoope to the client's project        f.. SHOULD have experience with ESRI enterprise architecture,       ArcGIS9.3 suite, geo-processing services, security, versioning, workflows,       data models, tools and extensions        g.. SHOULD have experience conducting workshops with various       stakeholders, gather detailed requirements, and develop the blueprint        h.. SHOULD have experience managing projects to address the needs of       multiple stakeholders e.g. the requirements of multiple divisions across a       single enterprise        i.. SHOULD have experience designing complex system interfaces to       other non-spatially aware applications such as ERP (SAP)        j.. SHOULD have a functional understanding of SAP (Plant       Maintenance), and how to integrate the GIS design of the assets into an SAP       process        k.. SHOULD have experience analyzing and mapping "AS IS" business       processes to the "TO BE" business processes, identifying and addressing any       gaps        l.. SHOULD have experience developing master data requirements,       synchronizing assets to support management of linear assets between ESRI and       3rd party applications        m.. SHOULD have leadership skills; people skills; and communication       skills (verbal and written) including presentation skills        n..
