         To provide services with experience and knowledgable SAP and ESRI

   Security Clearance:   
         Must be eligible for a valid Government of Canada security clearance   
   to at least the Enhanced Reliability level.   
      
      
   Requirements:   
           a.. SHOULD have a minimum of 3 years experience with Oracle BPEL,   
   integrating Oracle BPEL with other 3rd party software products used in a   
   service-oriented architecture (SOA)   
           b.. SHOULD have BPEL certification   
           c.. SHOULD have experience with business process modelling, data   
   integration and transformation, security, SOA   
           d.. SHOULD have experience developing strategies that defines data   
   governance rules, validation rules, workflows and address business process   
   issues   
           e.. SHOULD have experience maintaining timely and accurate data   
   across multiple technologies   
           f.. SHOULD have experience with real-time transaction based data,   
   synchronizing and harmonizing master data used between ERP systems and 3rd   
   party applications   
           g.. SHOULD have experience with data models, data hierarchies,   
   templates, and data cleansing tools   
           h.. SHOULD have experience orchestrating business processes composed   
   of web services
