   Web Master Consultants - Long Term Contract - Govt   
      
    Requirements:   
      
    M1   Security qualifications:  Valid Government of Canada clearance at the   
   level of SECRET (or higher) at date and time of the RFP bid closing.   
      
   M2   Educational qualifications: Graduated from a post-secondary education   
   program as a minimum (College Diploma or University Degree are acceptable).   
      
   M3   Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an IT environment, creating   
   web pages including graphics and general web design.   
      
   M4   At east 6 months of experience within the past year working in   
   TeamSite, and developing Extensible HyperText Markup Language (XHTML) and   
   Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) compliant code.   
      
   M5   Developed at least ten (10) Government Internet web sites in TeamSite,   
   which are compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web   
   Accessibility Initiative (WAI).   
      
   M6   Experience within the past year in creating web pages in TeamSite that   
   are Government of Canada Common Look and Feel (CLF) 2.0 Standards compliant.
