   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
   We are seeking an Applications Team Lead/Manager with experience leading a   
   small team of developers and knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE).  As part of the   
   corporate IT environment, your team will be responsible for enhancements to   
   and introduction of new business applications as well as support and   
   maintenance. Being a part of the IT management team, you will also plan,   
   lead, organize, control and measure all elements critical to the success of   
   IT (e.g. strategy, budgets, resources, operations and projects).   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
   To be considered, candidate must have 3+ years of related work experience   
   (i.e. experience with JDE and managing/leading a small team), coupled with   
   strong project and people management skills.  You will provide technical   
   leadership of JD Edwards for both support and project needs, and will apply   
   practical project management best practices to facilitate the successful   
   delivery of projects to the business units. You will also ensure that   
   support for existing systems is delivered in a proactive and   
   service-oriented manner and that current systems are integrated efficiently.
