   VP of Engineering? Looking for a new ride with a young company?  I have a   
   CEO/founder in a profitable business space looking for a right-hand person   
   on the executive team to lead the Engineering team - any experience with OS   
   and low level embedded design is good - mostly they are mapping applications   
   onto the IP networks of large companies so C/C++ or any JAVA background is   
   great.  This person will have a great chance to implement bleeding edge   
   strategies with the tech team....they are at about the 60 person stage   
   looking to grow to next level.  Not sure if there is VC involvement, but   
   regardless any pedigree will be good.   
      
   Company located in the GTA with offices in the US.

   a lot more details that this.  Company pay scale is pretty good and there is   
   lots of opportunity for buy-in and other forms of compensation for the right
