   IT MANAGER, Compliance – $95-105K plus Bonus – Toronto   
      
   We are currently seeking an IT Manager for Compliance and Support   
   initiatives.   
   The position will develop a team to deliver high quality solutions, on   
   time and on budget while ensuring appropriate priorities are set within   
   their organizations.  The Compliance Manager will collaborate with other   
   managers, other IT departments, and business functional management to   
   develop the overall direction.   
      
   Experience with the following responsibilities is required: Developing,   
   implementing and maintaining a governance model for all IT projects,   
   Ensuring SOx compliance for IT as required for a Type 1 company, COBiT,   
   IT Compliance for IAPP – WICO – Records Management and Information   
   Management Lifecycle, experience as a CISO(Chief Info Security Officer)   
     and ISO(Internet Security Officer) and general IT Project Management   
   experience.   
      
   You must have a University degree in Computer Science or Business plus a   
   minimum of 5 years progressive Team leadership or Supervisory   
   experience.  PMP Certification is required.   Proven history of   
   successful Staff management is required as is broad knowledge and   
   experience with Technology and Technology Architecture.   
      
   Any experience with Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Foods or Consumer   
   Packaged Goods industries is an asset.   
      
   Salary range is $95-105K plus 15% Bonus.
