   Position: IT Strategy Consultant

   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking an IT Strategy Consultant to assist our client's IT   
   management group and senior staff with internal IT planning and to   
   facilitate collaborative strategy sessions across business units. Activities   
   will include preparations for upcoming sessions, collaboration with Senior   
   Management on agenda and approach as well as meeting facilitation.   
   Additional preparation time is likely to be needed in the first year. The   
   amount of time required will be negotiated between the successful candidate   
   and our client's Information Services management team.  The next IT planning   
   session is scheduled for the week beginning April 27th, to be followed by   
   sessions for the balance of 2009 in late August and early December.  We   
   would also like to schedule additional collaborative sessions with the   
   business within the first few months of this engagement.  These   
   collaboration engagements will also be a part of the negotiation. The IT   
   strategic plan is based on the Forrester Research model. The table of   
   contents for the plan is as below: Executive Summary, Business Goals &   
   Requirements, IT Assessment, and Strategy.  The term of the agreement is to   
   commence on April 27, 2009 and terminate on March 31, 2011.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidate must have significant experience in facilitating   
   IT Strategic Planning, be current in the business use of IT, and can   
   effectively influence participants in the value of Strategic Planning.   
   Individual will have experience facilitating sessions for senior and   
   mid-management levels, between IT and Business Partners.  Working with a   
   diverse group of executive, management and senior staff, candidate will   
   assist and focus the team and individual members with overall long term   
   strategy development, IT roadmap, etc.  Interested consultants: please
