   IS Operations Manager with Batch experience - f/t Ottawa, immediate   
      
   Our client, a stable and long established company in the Ottawa area is   
   looking for a new member of their team.   
   The hardest thing to find in a candidate we believe is the Batch Processing   
   Experience.   
      
   We are looking for someone with hands on technical experience who has been   
   in a similar role in the past and has managed teams and outside supply   
   vendor relationships.   
      
   Your tactical expertise will govern:   
      
      
   *  Application Environments from the OS upward   
   *  External exchange/transfer process with outsourced service provider   
   *  Internal exchange/transfer process   
      
   *  Disaster Recovery execution and evolution   
   *  Batch Processing   
   *  Level 1 incident management for Application Environments and Batch   
   Processing   
   *  Problem Management for Application Environments and Batch Processing   
      
      
   This is a mid-level management position reporting to the AVP.  The person   
   will manage a team of approximately 8 people with additional   
   responsibilities for indirect management of the outsourced team.  The key   
   areas of this search should focus on an Operations Manager with Applications   
   level experience.
