   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a PS HCM Functional Consultant to assist in the analysis,   
   design, customization and implementation of PeopleSoft Training   
   Administration module, Performance Management module and integration with   
   our client's existing PS training registration software. Candidate will lead   
   the HR Functional Team in the analysis and design of our City's PeopleSoft   
   HCM system which will require: 1) review of the business processes,   
   application system set up, & user requirements; 2) performing fit/gap   
   analysis with HCM users and Information Technology; 3) recommending business   
   process changes, system design and changes, and/or PS HCM 8.9 system   
   configuration; and 4) documenting all recommendations, designs related to   
   the deliverables. Deliverables will include: a) PeopleSoft HCM Training   
   Administration; Project Charter Document; Development of requirements   
   analysis and solutions recommendation for work process improvements; and   
   Development of a work plan for implementation.
