   Microtime Inc requires an experienced consultant for a new government   
   contract.  We are looking for someone with Secret clearance, and is   
   bilingual.   
      
   Essential Qualification:   
      
   Experience in managing  multi-discipline technical personnel   
   Experience in developing variety of professional programs   
   Experience in developing strategic approach to address Human Resources   
   critical  requirements   
   Experience in writing memorandum of understanding (MOU) and in other   
   contracts in order to get outside HR services   
   Experience in developing and recommending strategies and initiative to   
   support the Centre of Expertise Senior Management   
      
   Experience in  managing of various competitive selection processes in   
   relation to posters, Statement of Merit Criteria (SoMC), exams, sitting on   
   selection boards as a technical expert for various trades and technicians   
   processes   
      
   Experience in a preparation of briefing notes, justifications, reports,   
   summaries, etc... For the Senior Director, OSS at PWGSC;  make suggestions   
   and provide necessary recommendations   
      
   Experience in managing Generic job description implementation within   
   technical groups   
   Experience in managing maintenance contracts in a variety of technical   
   discipline which includes writing and revision of specifications, tendering   
   procedures up to contract award   
      
   Experience in the performance of technical surveys and requirements for   
   person year in technical groups   
   Knowledge of departmental policies, guidelines, Treasury Board policies,   
   Public Service Employment Act, Public Service System Tribunal and   
   legislation
