   Senior IT ANALYST, Finance - $80-95K.   
      
   ROLE SUMMARY:   
      
   The Senior IT Analyst - Finance, develops and delivers project solutions   
   to specified requirements on schedule and within budget following the IT   
   Portfolio Management process (PMP).  This includes liaising with   
   cross-functional assignments to build/maintain systems of medium to high   
   complexity.   
      
   MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:   
   ·	Demonstrate an understanding of business partner needs and manage   
   business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables.   
   ·	Provide written and verbal communication such as status reports,   
   progress reports and documentation to Information Management and   
   business partners.   
   ·	Interface with suppliers and vendors to evaluate software, hardware,   
   or services and make recommendations.   
   ·	Assist the Manager IT - Finance in business planning activities   
   (budgets, project and resource planning) as needed.   
   ·	Apply knowledge of industry and competitive environment in all facets   
   of daily job functions.   
   ·	Consistently demonstrate knowledge seeking and sharing behaviors   
   across IT organizational boundaries in the performance of daily work and   
   encourage junior associates to do the same.   
   ·	Serves as the primary business partner for all R2R related functions   
   and assumes the key lead role for R2R on all SAP projects   
   ·	Practices effective project management including requirements   
   gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, training and   
   documentation.   
   ·	Ensures consistent application of change management practices   
   ·	Collaborates with affiliate power users to develop program and   
   report specifications.	   
   ·	Gathers data, researches and analyzes specific business problems with   
   end users.   
   ·	Troubleshoots any functional system problems related to configuration.   
   ·	Liaises and partners effectively with Information Management staff and   
   outside vendors supporting SAP technical requirements (Basis, ABAP,   
   security/profiles, OSS notes, SAP consultants, help desk, etc.).   
   ·	Translates business requirements into system solutions.   
   ·	Develops business specifications and processes.   
      
   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:   
      
   ·	University degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 4+ years   
   experience in pharmaceutical, medical device or consumer packaged goods   
   industry   
   ·	Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and compliance (computer   
   systems validation, Sarbanes-Oxley, etc.)   
   ·	Exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as SAP, JD Edwards   
   ·	Preferably 2 to 3 years experience in a Finance area   
   ·	Active participation in at least two SAP implementation or upgrade   
   projects   
   ·	Proven history of successful project deliverables   
   ·	Training in process excellence (Six Sigma, Design Excellence, Lean   
   Thinking)   
   ·	Experience with at least one Systems Development Lifecycle Management   
   methodology
